This in depth, comprehensive, college planning program covers all aspects of college preparation, research, application and financial aid. Our goal is to facilitate the college selection and application process by identifying those schools that have the best degree of fit – academically, socially and financially. This program provides the greatest range of services through the entire college search and application process. Assistance is also provided for college orientation for freshman course planning. Contact continues through the freshman year of college. Up to 60 hours of service provided depending upon how soon during high school I begin working with you and your child.
This program is intended for seniors who are starting their college search and application process. This package starts with both learning style and college fit assessments necessary to develop a meaningful and manageable target college list. Up to 30 hours of college planning services are available. If additional services are required beyond this amount, additional time can be arranged through an additional mini-consultation package.
These packages provide multi-hour assistance for any aspect of the college search and application process and are best when only a specific range of services are needed. These can be also be used to exten a Quick Start Package. Quick Start Consultation program. Packages are available for 5-, 10-, 15- and 20-hour amounts.
This assessment package is designed to identify career interests and related college majors and the various aspects of the college experience that contribute to a good college fit. The complete Career and College Fit assessment process typically involves four – five working sessions working sessions one-on-one with the student. One session focuses on the Do What You Are assessment, which is based on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator; one – two sessions are devoted to the Lattitudes aptitude assessment; and one session addresses the Self-Survey I and II, which assesses personal college fit factors and values. A final session is provided to meet with the student and parents to summarize the results.
